Hi, I’m Luna!

I’m a Jesus follower, wife, homeschool mom of two, and Integrative Health Practitioner. I help moms and children uncover the root causes of their health struggles through functional lab testing and a holistic, faith aligned approach to healing.

My journey into this work wasn’t planned, it was personal. I spent years battling chronic Lyme disease and mold toxicity, visiting countless doctors and specialists. Each time, I left with another prescription, a dismissal, or no real answers. I was exhausted, unwell, and stuck in a cycle of symptom management with no true healing in sight. Eventually, I realized I was on the hamster wheel of conventional medicine; being offered temporary band-aids for deeper issues.

That’s when I found functional medicine and root cause healing and everything changed.

Before becoming a practitioner, I was an early childhood educator with a deep love for children and a desire to nurture their well-being. As a mom, I’ve walked closely with my own kids through eczema, tics, PANS/PANDAS, MCAS, and ADHD. Once again, we were met with confusion and dead ends; until I started digging deeper into what was really going on in their bodies.

Today, I use functional lab testing like Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis, Organic Acids Testing, and Functional Blood Chemistry to uncover what’s beneath the surface; nutritional deficiencies, toxicities, gut imbalances, detox challenges, and more. I don’t diagnose, treat, or cure disease. Instead, I partner with you to create personalized diet, lifestyle, and supplement strategies that encourages healing from the inside out.

I deeply believe that when the body is well, the mind is clearer, emotions are more balanced, and we’re better equipped to show up in every area of life.

My mission is simple: to help moms feel well, energized, and fully present because motherhood is a ministry. It requires energy, patience, grace, and strength. My prayer is that moms will stop neglecting their own health and begin tending to their bodies with intention; so they can fully step into the beautiful calling God has placed on their lives.
